With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Jim is passionate about helping individuals and businesses navigate the complexities of risk management. Known for an entrepreneurial spirit that started at just 8 years old with a paper route, Jim has always been driven by a love for business.
As a Certified WorkComp Advisor, Jim specializes in assessing underperforming workers’ compensation programs, identifying areas for improvement, and helping businesses reduce costs while enhancing coverage. His extensive insurance expertise, paired with a genuine interest in understanding the unique needs of business owners, allows him to develop tailored strategies that effectively manage risk and protect both assets and employees. Over the years, Jim has built a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service and thoughtful solutions that safeguard his clients’ personal and professional assets.
When not working, Jim be found cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals, enjoying a round of golf, or checking another MLB stadium off his bucket list. He also shares his entrepreneurial journey with his daughter, working together to grow their family business.
A self-proclaimed "foodie," Jim is always in search of the next great culinary experience—especially authentic street tacos. His love of travel allows him to explore new cities and cultures, further fueling his passion for learning and connecting with others.
Kali graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Selling and Sales Management, along with a Certificate in Entrepreneurship, setting the foundation for her future ambitions. What she didn’t expect was to achieve her entrepreneurial dreams alongside her father, building a successful insurance career. With over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, Kali has become a trusted partner to countless individuals, families, and business owners. Her expertise and dedication ensure her clients’ most important assets are protected, and her reputation as a reliable advisor continues to grow. She currently sits on the BIG I Emerging Leaders Committee of Indiana where she serves as a unified voice for all young insurance professionals.
When she is not navigating the complexities of insurance, you will find her at Orangetheory Fitness challenging herself to earn the most splat points. She is also a devoted fan of Purdue basketball, always cheering on her alma mater. Boiler Up! A travel enthusiast, Kali has explored over five continents, satisfying her wanderlust and learning about diverse cultures along the way.
Kali is a self-proclaimed The Office superfan, often relaxing with her husband watching reruns of the iconic show. Her love for Michael Scott's memorable quotes, like “Would I rather be feared or loved? Easy. Both,” reflects her fun-loving and determined nature.
After spending 15 years in the mortgage industry, Lily recently made the leap into insurance, embracing new challenges and opportunities for growth while staying true to a lifelong passion for helping others. With a strong customer focus and love for learning, she finds fulfillment in guiding clients through important decisions.
Outside of work, Lily has found a new love for running. She completed the 2024 Indy Monumental Half Marathon— her first of many to come. While she considers herself more of a steady-paced runner, the challenge, discipline, and friendship of the running community have made the journey incredibly rewarding.
Adventure is also a big part of Lily’s life, especially when it involves travel and the ocean. Some of her most unforgettable experiences include swimming in the open water with sharks in North Shore Hawaii and a breathtaking night swim with manta rays in Kona. With a deep love for exploring new places, she and her husband, Justin, are always looking forward to their next adventure.
At home, their senior pets, who have been part of their family for many years, hold a special place in their hearts. Lily and Justin are dedicated to giving them the best possible life, making sure they feel comfortable, loved, and spoiled as they enjoy their golden years.

After 14 years as an elementary school teacher with Indianapolis Public Schools, Alex made a bold leap into the world of insurance—bringing with her the heart of an educator and a passion for helping others. A proud Purdue University graduate, Alex is now channeling her love of learning and teaching into guiding clients through the process of finding the right coverage to protect what matters most.
Outside of her career, Alex is always chasing adventure. A seasoned traveler and certified scuba diver, she and her partner, Justin, have already gone skydiving multiple times and are looking ahead to their next thrill—scuba diving with whale sharks in Belize being on the bucket list. Whether she’s exploring new countries or discovering hidden gems closer to home, her curiosity and love of the unknown keep life exciting.
Alex is a passionate foodie who’s always on the hunt for new restaurants and unique culinary experiences. When she’s not traveling or trying out the latest cuisine, you’ll likely find her hiking, exploring the grounds at Newfields, punching it out in a boxing sesh, or chasing milestones on the Peloton app. But she’s not all high-energy adventures—Alex also knows how to unwind. Cue cozy lounge nights at home: movie marathons, laugh‑until‑you‑cramp game nights, and all the snacks within arm’s reach. She’s also an avid reader, always curling up with a fresh novel.
Family and friends are at the heart of Alex’s world. Known as “Aunt Alex” to many, she pours love and energy into the people around her and cherishes every moment spent in their company.
